Welcome to Freedom Skate/BMX Park, located at 18 Watson Avenue in the Village of Mexico, NY, Central NY's only totally free ride!

Freedom was built in 2008 to give riders across Central New York a place to ride for free. ﾠWe work with local governments, non-profit organizations and private donors to keep Freedom free. ﾠFreedom has had well over 1000 different riders from as far away as the Netherlands, Canada and Jamaica. ﾠ

We also work with local communities to assist in planning, fundraising and the everyday operation of their own skateparks. ﾠ

Freedom hosts several small competitions each year including: ﾠGame of S.K.A.T.E, Mexican Mayhem, Halloween Haunt Bike Jam and Mini-Ramp Champ. ﾠWe also organized a skate/bike a-thon with proceeds being donated to our local ambulance corps. ﾠWe participate in parades from time to time and the Freedom Team can been seen doing demos in Oswego, New York during the weekly Thursday night Farmer's Markets.

*****Freedom's Game of S.K.A.T.E./Mini Ramp Champ contest will be held on Saturday, May 22nd from 12-4pm. ﾠRegistration day of event is $5 for S.K.A.T.E. and $5 for Mini Ramp Champ. ﾠPrizes, live band and BBQ will make for a fun day. ﾠBeginner/Intermediate/Expert classes for both contests.

*****BMX Demo day! ﾠFreedom and the Etiket riders will be holding a demo in early June. ﾠLook for more info to come but it's guaranteed to be a fun time and Stewart's will be providing plenty of FREE ICE CREAM.

Just a 30 minute ride North on I81 from Syracuse and 40 minute ride South on I81 from Watertown, will get you to Upstate NY's newest skate park...7500 square feet of professionally designed elements...the perfect combination of street and ramp riding awaits you. ﾠWe also have one of the best mini-ramps around...
